Outcome Based Education (OBE) Design for Prospective Mathematics Teachers

Abstract
OBE is a topic that is often discussed recently. Public discussions and education conferences make OBE a major topic. This research is a literature study that will reveal various information related to OBE and how to design OBE for prospec-tive mathematics teachers. Data was collected through documents, notes, research results, articles and interviews with education experts. Data analysis was carried out with a qualitative approach which will describe the results of the analysis of documents, notes, research results, articles and interviews. This study concludes that there is a need for a special OBE design for prospective mathematics teachers in order to realize teacher professionalism.
